Gemstone Centers provides person-centered support services designed to help individuals live with greater independence, dignity, safety, and connection throughout Middle Tennessee.

We offer a range of home, residential, community, transportation, and supportive services tailored to the individual needs of the people we serve. Our services are available through programs including Katie Beckett (KB), 1915(c) HCBS Waiver, Employment and Community First Choices (ECF), and CHOICES.
